Golden Square, W1, London

Working in central London at 4 Golden Square brought in two divisions from Jack Arnold UK. Both the window and metal work division played a supporting role in this refurbishment project.

Working with commercial fit-out and office refurbishment contractors Skansen this project became part of the winter/spring 2018 schedule of work.

The responsibilities for both sides consisted of:

Window division
Completed the overhauling and renewal of springs to 114 sashes and refurbishment of window works.

Metal division
Completed bespoke metal work items, this included metal balustrades to terrace area, bespoke handrails, feature wall mirrored frames, bespoke letter boxes and signage.

Bringing different Jack Arnold UK divisions makes stronger projects based on knowledge, familiarity and one company understanding what is required.
