I have a private flat that needed new full length glazing, seals that needed replacing externally, new gaskets and a door that needed realigning. Jack Arnold were recommended by a neighbour so I got in contact.
All the people I worked with (Lindsey, Lee, Paul and George) have been so friendly and professional. I got prompt responses over emails, they got the parts needed from suppliers within a couple of weeks and had the work done just one week after that.
I can finally open the door to my balcony without having to break the handle off, and can already feel a huge difference in the temperature and noise levels in my living room - I'm really pleased with the work that's been done! I would definitely recommend Jack Arnold to others!

Assisting repair for dustbin gate which makes so much noise due to misuse of illegal parking and squatting, also recommended by staff they will repair the fire brigade gate and dustbin gate to avoid criminal elements using the alley as an office. Etc
