I got prompt responses over emails, they got the parts needed from suppliers within a couple of weeks and had the work done just one week after that. I can finally open the door to my balcony without having to break the handle off, and can already feel a huge difference in the temperature and noise levels in my living room - I'm really pleased with the work that's been done!
