Pattiswick Estate, Basildon

The Pattiswick Estate, Essex consisted of out with the old and in with the new.

Working with our construction partners at Morgan Sindall Group, the focus was balustrades and balconies.

Centred on two stages, the first was the removal of the metalwork and then back to us at the head office for the new balustrades and balconies.

The final stage was to be on site and help redecorate, as well as manufacture and install the new look, including concrete repairs. This was a project from our winter schedule of work for the MQ team.
