Jack Arnold UK were proud to recently deliver a bespoke architectural metalwork package at 20 Gresham Street, a prestigious address in the heart of the City of London.

Our scope of works included the design, fabrication, and installation of a range of architectural metalwork solutions across key areas of the building:

• Main Feature Staircase (Basement to Ground Floor) – a curved staircase incorporating glass balustrades, designed to enhance both flow and visual impact
• Basement Ramp Handrails (BAL-301) – stainless steel handrails providing durability and compliance
• Back of House Stairs – Kee Klamp balustrade system with integrated mobility for operational flexibility
• Security Line Installation – glass divider screens mounted on stainless steel posts

Each element was designed, fabricated, and installed to integrate seamlessly within the wider environment, balancing aesthetic quality, safety, and performance throughout.

From the striking curved feature staircase that greets visitors at front of house, through to the robust and practical back-of-house solutions, this project demanded a high level of coordination and craftsmanship across multiple workstreams.
