JACK POULTON
Founder - CEO
Jack Poulton founded Jack Arnold UK Limited in 2011, following several years of experience within the construction industry, where he identified an opportunity to build a business centred on quality, reliability, and delivery.
Earlier in his career, Jack gained hands-on experience working within a smaller, family-run business alongside his grandfather, Arnold, and father, Anthony. This provided a strong grounding in the fundamentals of the trade and the discipline required to deliver high-quality work — experience that later supported his decision to establish and lead his own company.
Starting from the ground up, Jack has grown the business through determination, strategic thinking, and a willingness to take calculated risks. His hands-on approach in the early years laid the foundations for what is now a well-established contractor operating across the Southeast construction sector.
A key driver of the company’s success has been Jack’s high-energy management style and commitment to the people around him. By building and developing a strong, high-performing team, and creating a culture of accountability, clarity, and continuous improvement, he has positioned the business to consistently deliver complex architectural and cladding packages to a high standard.
Today, Jack Arnold UK Limited works predominantly with Tier 1 contractors and leading development companies across the Southeast, delivering projects that demand both technical capability and dependable execution.
The company is now focused on scaling in a controlled and sustainable manner — strengthening operational capability, broadening its client base, and maintaining the disciplined delivery standards that underpin its continued growth.
