Lowbell Lane, St Albans

This development of five homes in the historic village of London Colney, overlooking the River Colne, became the responsibility for the Jack Arnold UK metal division.

The five detached homes consisted of stainlesss steel Juliette Balconies and railings to the front of the new houses.

Working alongside construction company Borras Construction the Jack Arnold UK team were onsite to help deliver the metalwork for a development in a quintessential English village setting.

The Jack Arnold UK team helped the design, manufacture, deliver and install to the St.Albans location. Everything was centralised within Jack Arnold UK.

Site manager, Harvey Lookwood said, “Everything with Jack Arnold UK worked smoothly. In terms of being on site it was a few days for the railings, a week for the balustrades and two days painting. Great to have them as a part of the team.”
